Raid: Shadow Legends, a powerful strategy RPG, is packed with many things to learn and master as you progress to the end of the game. You might need a guide to help you get started.
These are some of the most important tips and tricks to help you get started on your quest to become a legend in Raid Shadow Legends. Let’s get started!
Shadow Legends is the best starter in Raid.
You’ll get your first choice of a champion when you start the game. It can be difficult to make a decision with four champions available, all of which are Rare levels. As your Raid: Shadow Legends starter, we recommend Athel or Kael. You can use either one to get you to the end-game.
The Affinity System
You’ll see that each champion has an affinity when you look at them. Your affinities will give you an idea of their strengths and weaknesses in comparison to other affinities. It’s similar to rock, paper, and scissors. Let’s find out what they mean.
- Magic – Strong against Spirit but weak against Force
- Spirit – Strong against Force, weak versus Magic
- Force – Strong against Magic but weak against Spirit
Void is another affinity that you will see in addition to the three above. Void is unique in that it can be used in all situations. Void champions don’t have any special counters, but they are equally strong against another affinity.
Do the Dailies
This cannot be overemphasized. The dailies are easy to complete and take very little time. However, the rewards are well-worth the effort. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have much time each day to play the game, it is worth getting involved to complete your daily dailies. You’ll be a blessing to your future self if you gather resources.
Hold on to Void Epic and Legendary Champions
While you’ll eventually decide to start automating Raid Shadow Legends which champions to keep, you should still hold onto them if you discover a Void or Epic champion. These champions can be hard to find so keep them.
If you are looking for Pointers, then try the Progress Missions
These progress missions were created to introduce the game’s system. They can also be used as a guide for Raid: Shadow Legends. Each mission builds on the systems that you have learned in the tutorial. We recommend you check them out if you want some extra guidance.
Check out the Campaign
While dungeons may offer better rewards than the campaign, the rewards of the campaign will put you in a good position to move further in the dungeons if you haven’t already campaigned. You can also immerse yourself into the story, which is an important part of the game’s experience.
Sometimes, you just have to grind
You can earn great rewards by grinding or level up champions who are behind. Do not be afraid to try out new champions and grind a bit.
Take Your Time
Raid: Shadow Legends has a lot of things to do, so take your time and enjoy the game. It doesn’t matter if you rush to get to the end of the game. You can still learn the systems and find the champions that you want, and then spend your time as you please. You might also find yourself in failure if you try too difficult challenges.
Your Mine, Market, or Sparring Pit can be upgraded
These are all essential if you want to play the game long-term and commit to it. The Gem Mine is great for getting gems, while the Market is good for artifacts or blue shards. Finally, the Sparring Pit gives you lots of XP.
This is true for both equipment and skills. To be a champion, you must upgrade your skills and equipment. Tomes can be used to level up your characters, gain experience, and improve their skills. You’ll also find new gear you can equip that can also be upgraded as you play. You’ll have multiple chances to improve and upgrade your characters throughout the game. Make sure they are always fighting fit.
